Annoyed.
That "fathers' rights" scumbag is still annoying me, using every juvenile debating trick in the book to try to come out the "winner" in our little argument. Naturally, he claims that since I "can't win" our little disagreement, I've censored him so that I could feel like I did win. In truth, it's more like I'm tired of insults and I'm tired of being the only one who bothers to provide hard data to support my points. His last comment (which I did, in fact, delete) insulted Trish Wilson, insulted me personally in at least two different ways and was extremely patronizing in a snide, smarmy kind of way. I don't want that kind of thing cluttering up this site.
The man is sick and twisted. He has so much tied up in seeing himself as some kind of savior that he has no capacity to see reality. The man actually claimed that one is "much more likely to find acceptance of pedophilia from the gay rights and feminist crowd than you are from [the "fathers' rights" movement]!" Then he topped that by saying that there are "considerably more pedophiles in your group (victims) than in mine (fathers)." I don't know what I can say in response to such breathtakingly ignorant statements. The man shows a breadth and depth of ignorance about the subject that would be impressive if it weren't so incredibly pathetic. I can only suppose that he is deliberately blinding himself to any evidence that might contradict his established mindset, that "feminists are bad" and he is "good." I must also assume that, given this breadth and depth of ignorance, any statements of "fact" that he might utter must be considered very suspect.
In other words, don't believe anything this Richard Bennett says without confirming it with an independent, unbiased source.
