So, we tell Pakistan and India (not to mention the rest of the world) not to develop nuclear weapons, while at the same time we return to developing them ourselves! Here's hoping that this thing will die a miserable death in the full Senate. This is another that one should write one's Senators about, particularly if one's Senators are Republican.
