This is your legacy.

And yours, George W. Bush. You will be vilified by history for what you have done. You think that you are such "heroes." Rather, you are simply fools. Megalomaniacal idiots who think that your every word is as handed down from on high.

Bush, did you go to war? Were you bombed? Hell, did you even do your service in the Reserves properly? I know the answer: No, you did not. How, then, do you presume to judge that it is "just" to do this to others, to those who have never hurt you, who have never threated your wonderful "homeland?" Doesn't your own holy book tell you that you must not judge, lest you yourself be judged? Then in fact you have been judged, and found wanting, in the highest court of mankind, the court of compassion for your fellow man. You have none.

You foolishly turn away from those who would advise you well and listen closely only to those who tell you what you want to hear. You lie when it suits you, until you barely know what the truth is. In your foolishness, you disregard wisdom and embrace destruction.

It will fall to us and to our children to repair the damage you have done us. You have destroyed our reputation. We were not perfect, by any means, but at least we had the respect of our peers. Now, who will respect us? They will fear us, yes, but fear breeds hate and hate is how we found ourselves in this position. The respect we had as a country and as a people has been squandered, and for nothing.

History will indeed remember you. Schoolchildren will learn of your folly along with that of Grant the drunkard and Andrew Johnson who was merely powerless. But they will find you the greater fool, because you have done this even as you knew you were wrong.

God has not chosen you, Mr. Bush. Were your religion correct, you might think that Satan has done so, but even that is absurd. You just happened to be there when the inevitable firestorm finally came to our shores. You are out of your depth, and to our great detriment you can't even conceive of it.

I grieve for the children. I wonder if these children even still live, after your cluster bombs have killed and maimed so many.

Shame on you, George W. Bush. Shame on you, Donald Rumsfeld.
