Description of the images enclosed in this zip file. 

	I asked for a copy of the observation verification form when I was asked 
to sign it.  I was told by John Wilber that I would not be able to get a copy of 
the form unless I signed it. Since I did not believe that the test was run correctly 
and I saw that people had signed the form before the test was complete, I did not 
sign the form.  Afterwards, Kevin Akin, the chair of the Riverside County Peace 
and Freedom Party, asked for a copy of the form. He picked up the envelope at the 
counter of the Registrar of Voters office.  It contained a copy of the form with a 
note attached to it. The following descriptions correspond to the images with the 
same name that are included with this file.

A)SmallNoteFromMischelle (JPEG) - small version

  This image contains the envelope that the letter was received in and a note from 
  Mischelle Townsend.  She did not sign the note, but it is hand written in her handwriting. 
  The full text of the note reads:
  "Kevin,
	Attached per your request.
	Some of those who attended picked up these printouts afterward, as Jeremiah did. 
        Others asked that they be mailed to them.
	All took the absentee results with them.
	I would be pleased to answer any further questions."



B)SmallObservationBoardForm(JPEG) - small version

  This image is a copy of the form that people signed. The form clearly states that the 
  people who signed it witnessed the logic and accuracy testing of the voting equipment, as 
  required by law, and that all the tests resulted in accurate voting. All the people who
  signed this form signed it before the test was completed. 
  On line 4 and 5 someone wrote the note "Riv Co Grand Jury". This note was not there when I 
  last saw the original form in person (around 3:00 on 9 September 2003). 

3)SmallSept25MischelleLetter (GIF) - small version

  This letter was part of a response by Mischelle Townsend to some questions about the 
  electronic voting system. The questions that were submitted and that she answered were:
   1) What is the job title of Brian Foss?
   2) What is the job title of John Wilber?
   3) Is John Wilber an employee of the County of a contractor?
   4) On the signed document to which 5 people affixed their signatures ( all well before 
      the tests were completed) only two signatures are readable, those of Bonnie Flickinger 
      and Charolette Fox. What are the names of the other three who signed it? 
   5)Which people picked up their results, and which had them mailed to them?"

In Ms. Townsend's response she states that I received the business cards of both Brian Foss 
and John Wilber. This is incorrect. I asked Brian Foss for his business card but he told me 
he didn't have one on him (his office was down the hall when I asked him).  I then asked him 
to write out his contact information on a piece of paper. He gave me one of Mischelle 
Townsend's cards with his phone number hand-written on the back. When I asked John Wilber 
for his card he also gave me one of Mischelle Townsend's cards with his phone number 
hand-written on the back. 

I am currently researching the two attachments that Ms. Townsend included with her letter. 
After I have received Ms. Townsend's responses to the balance of questions, I will complete
